We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hot sauce company as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will have the exciting responsibility of representing our brand at weekly farmers markets and pop-up events.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation: Be the face of our hot sauce company at local markets and events.
Product Sampling: Offer samples of our hot sauces and weekly releases to potential customers. Explain the flavor profiles and ingredients to pique their interest.
Engage with Guests: Initiate conversations with market and event attendees. Answer questions, provide recommendations, and create a positive customer experience.
Sales: Encourage sales by showcasing the quality and uniqueness of our hot sauces. Handle cash transactions and assist with purchases.
Set Up and Tear Down: Assist with the setup and teardown of the booth or stand at markets and events. Ensure the area is clean and organized.
Collect Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and report it to the company for product improvement.
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle cash transactions.
Reliable transportation (car) to transport products to and from events.
Availability on Saturday mornings for farmers markets and occasional weekend days for pop-up events.
Physical stamina for standing and engaging with customers for extended periods.
Enthusiasm for learning about our hot sauce products and their ingredients.
