Our Story

My love for all things spicy began early. One of my first memories is my parents feeding me Kung Pao chicken as a toddler and laughing as I reached for my milk. Growing up, there was always heat in the kitchen. My dad and uncle loved seeing my reactions to their spiciest homemade salsas and smoky turkey chilies. A bottle of hot sauce lived in the fridge, and crushed red pepper was always within reach to bring just the right kick to any meal.

Like many people, I started by mixing store-bought hot sauces together to build more complex flavor. As I got older and more confident in the kitchen, curiosity turned into craft. I began making my own hot sauce from scratch, experimenting, failing, and refining. Somewhere in that process, I found my passion.

Our logo proudly features our beloved dog, who recently passed away. Just as he was always by our side, this business carries his spirit: loyal, bold, and a little fiery. From those first spicy bites to bottles filled with heart, heat, and memory, I am grateful to share this journey with you. Let’s turn up the flavor together.
