From the ashes of our Thai Chili sauce, the Phoenix rises in a fiery blaze. The featured ‘Wings Of Doom’ sauce for Del Ray Pizzeria’s Wing Fest 2023, we reimagined our very first Wing Fest sauce from 2018. Using our traditional Thai Chili sauce as a starting point, we have added a serious amount of Habanero peppers and a generous amount of pure capsaicin extract. This is undeniably the hottest sauce we have ever produced, but we had to respond to the incredible competitors that had no problem taking down our Doomsday sauce from last year’s event.

This will be an extremely limited release, there are only 36 bottles available for sale. Phoenix will be dropping this Friday 4/21, be sure to pre-order before we sell out.
