We are incredibly excited to announce this Hot Sauce collaboration with Aslin Brewery! Using their delicious sour ale Volcano Sauce as an inspiration and an ingredient, Volcano Sauce Hot Sauce erupts with a rush of fresh blueberries and blackberries. The heat of the volcano comes from habanero peppers, which also provide a strong citrus backbone in conjunction with fresh lime juice. Tart, sweet, with a layer of subtle heat, Volcano Sauce is a must-have for anyone curious about the marriage of craft beer and hot sauce.
