Pepper harvest season in Virginia is upon us! Last year in August we released the original Orion sauce made with locally grown Chocolate Habaneros. This year’s Orion release is hotter, featuring the fiery Red Savina Habanero (once the world’s hottest pepper before the Ghost Pepper dethroned it in 2007) with a rating reaching up to 577,000 Scoville units. In order to showcase the incredible flavor and strong spice level of this pepper, we produced this sauce only using minimal ingredients. Orion will be available starting Friday, August 4th.
Ingredients: Red Savina Habanero Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Salt
