Over the last few years, it’s been a tradition to release a pepper-forward sauce every August. It marks the beginning of the pepper harvest season here in Virginia, which is the perfect time to celebrate our favorite chilies.

Outlaw features the delicious Yellow Scotch Bonnet pepper. A small step down from the popular Habanero pepper, Scotch Bonnets offer a wonderful dash of citrus as well as notes of fruit and smoke. Although we have experimented with Scotch Bonnets in the past, this marks our first official release using these chilies.

Ingredients: Yellow Scotch Bonnet Peppers, White Vinegar, Sugar, & Salt
