Del Ray Pizzeria’s Spring Wing Fest is just around the corner (4.27.2024) and now is the perfect time to announce the release of Supernova, this year’s featured super hot sauce. Every year the brave Wing Fest contestants continue to overcome our spicest creations, and this year our only recourse is to bring out an absurd amount of some of the hottest peppers on the planet. Supernova is pure pepper sauce made with an irresponsible amount of Dragon’s Breath peppers. For those unfamiliar, the Dragon’s Breath Pepper is unofficially the second hottest pepper in the world behind the recently crowned Pepper X. Unofficially the Dragon’s Breath Pepper has been tested at an incredible 2.48 million scoville heat units. Use extreme caution when consuming this sauce, and know your limits before facing the Supernova.

Ingredients: Dragon’s Breath Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, & Salt
