The idea behind last June’s Taco Showdown sauces (Dusk & Dawn) was always intended to be expanded into a Taco Trio Pack. However life or in this case other sauce ideas got in the way and we tabled the third taco sauce for another day. Well, that day is today, we are finally releasing Midnight, our hottest and most outrageous hot sauce designed specifically for drizzling on tacos. Midnight is packed with an absurd amount of Trinidad Scorpion peppers, concentrated tomato flavor, and an excellent spice mix.
